Winthrop, Mass. – June 22, 2016 – A total of 18 student-athletes from the Robert Morris University women’s hockey team were named to the College Hockey America (CHA) All-Academic Team, announced the league Tuesday afternoon.

The Colonials tied the Penn State Nittany Lions for the most student-athletes from a CHA squad named to the league’s academic list.

Robert Morris has placed a league-high 81 honorees on the CHA All-Academic Team since the conference expanded to six schools in 2012-13. The next highest number over that timeframe is 73 by Penn State.
