RMU to Host "Write Now!" Workshop

Pittsburgh -- Robert Morris University and RTConnections are sponsoring Write Now!, a writing skills workshop for nurses, on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011 from 8 a.m. to noon in the Sewall Center at RMU's Moon Township campus. The workshop will be facilitated by author and owner of OWK Consulting, Kathleen B. Gaberson.
The objectives of the workshop include enhancing writing skills for career advancement, developing a compelling resume, debunking myths of writing for publication, breaking bad writing habits and mastering the art of persuasive writing. The workshop provides 4 contact hours for professional nurses. Participants can also bring their resumes for a critique and recommendations for improvement.
Registration is open now at www.rtconnections.com. The price of registration for the workshop is $40 per individual and $35 if registering with a group. Continental breakfast is included in the price.
