Friday, March 24, 2017

PaulHidingerPhotoJunior accounting and finance major Paul Hidinger was recently named to Young Leadership Council of Adagio Health. The organization provides family planning, nutrition information, health and sex education, STD testing, and other services to over 150,000 women and their families each year in Western Pennsylvania. Hidinger is one of 13 members of the Young Leadership Board, who are between the ages of 21 and 35 and plan fundraisers and educational events for Adagio Health.

"There is an alarmingly small number of young adults that know of organizations such as Adagio that they can utilize as a resource for an array of health needs," Hidinger says.

Hidinger was selected for the position because of his academic achievements and his perspective as a college student. He was encouraged to apply for the role by management professor Marcel Minutolo, who serves on the board of directors of Adagio Health.
