RMU Online Psychology Degree Gets National Ranking

Pittsburgh -- Robert Morris University's online bachelor's in psychology program has been ranked among the top 20 in the nation by TheBestSchools.org.

According to the organization's website, RMU's program was chosen "based on academics, student satisfaction, and opportunities for professional experience or specialized study at the undergraduate level." Course offerings and return on investment were also factors in the selection process.

RMU’s psychology program provides education and training to prepare students for a successful career or graduate study in psychology and related fields, such as child care, counseling, research, or social work. Concentration options for the B.S. in psychology degree include clinical, general, and sport psychology.

TheBestSchools.org is an independent organization with no ties to any other educational institution.

Other recent accoladtes for online programs at RMU includes U.S. News and World Report's Best Online Graduate Computer Information Technology Programs, which ranked No. 17 RMU's online M.S. in internet information systems; and SuperScholar, which put the university's online M.S. in engineering management in its Top 25 Smart Choice rankings.
