The conference is designed to address the interests of teachers of college level economics. Participants at the first twenty conferences represented over 100 colleges and universities from 35 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada. Participant presentations and an optional social outing will be included as complements to the scheduled speakers. Speakers at past conferences include Stanley Brue, James Buchanan, David Colander, Susan Feiner, Robert Frank, Denise Hazlett, Campbell R. McConnell, Michael Salemi, Phillip Saunders, Bradley Schiller, John Siegfried, William Walstad, and Michael Watts.

The conference will be held at Robert Morris University's Moon Township campus located four miles from the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport. The Holiday Inn Airport (1-800-333-4835) is offering conference participants reduced room rates as well as free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel and the conference site.
