Federal regulations require that all first-time Federal Stafford Loan and Grad-PLUS borrowers at Robert Morris University complete an Entrance Counseling Session. The purpose of this session is to inform all borrowers of their rights and responsibilities as a federal student loan borrower. This process must be completed before your student loan can be credited to your account. Please complete this requirement promptly to avoid processing delays.
