Our goal is to assist qualified veterans and service-disabled veterans interested in starting their own businesses to accomplish their objectives of entrepreneurship. We will do that by assisting clients in assessing their entrepreneurial needs and requirements, offering instruction and special training exercises, and providing the direction to help them develop and maintain their own unique business plans.

The mission of the VBOC is to provide the tools and encouragement that veteran entrepreneurs need to effectively start-up and manage new businesses. The VBOC works with veteran entrepreneurs to assure that new and recent business start-ups and organizations in need of renewal have the best possible chance of succeeding.
