Records Mailing Coordinator
The Human Resources Department announces the position of Records Mailing Coordinator reporting to the Admissions Systems Manager.
Responsibilities include: assists in data entry for the inquiry system; serves as a member of the Records Staff team and attends weekly meetings to support the office; provides back-up support for campus visits and front office receptionist as needed; runs computer programs to generate daily correspondence; coordinates mass mailings to prospective students/families throughout the year; processes all outgoing mail in a timely and accurate manner utilizing various office equipment; moves materials from warehouse to mail facility for daily mailings; manages the data entry of all personal and academic information into database for general inquiries, ensuring that all leads are entered in an accurate and timely manner; maintains inventory of graduate and undergraduate prospective student materials; ensures that materials are formatted, printed and available for mailing dates; assists in running queries to facilitate ad-hoc mailings; assists with maintaining the letter series to prospective students; hires, trains and manages student workers as it applies to mailings and entering inquiries; maintains a positive departmental image; assists the Admissions Systems Manager with additional related work as necessary.
