BLAW2100 - Commercial Law

Fall 2002

This course addresses legal issues that arrive in commercial transactions. A substantial portion of the course is devoted to the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code including such topics as sales, title, risk of loss and warranty. Other topics addressed in this course include agency law, legal forms of business ownership, secured transactions and negotiable instruments.
Prerequisite --BLAW1050 (LE252).
