INFS3140 - M Programming
Fall 2002

This course provides the student with experience in analyzing and designing comprehensive medical, financial, and other general information systems through the use of the M language in the context of a shared global database environment. Emphasis is placed on the unique on-line, interactive characteristics of the M programming language used to solve a wide range of problems quickly and efficiently. The course includes experiences relating to the design and development of system applications using the M language and serves as an introduction to the more sophisticated "FileMan" techniques integrated into CI331 Advanced M Programming.
Prerequisite: INFS1010 (CI212).
