his course deals with the important aspects of starting and managing a franchise business. Specific attention is placed on the characteristics of the franchisor and franchisee; evaluation of franchise opportunities; legal concerns of franchising; the development of appropriate strategies and the successful planning, implementation and launching of new franchise businesses.
