FINA4150 - Financing New Ventures

Fall 2011

Course focuses on financial aspects of starting, growing, and harvesting entrepreneurial ventures, business valuation, relationship between personal and business financing. Includes assessments of various sources of capital for small and growth businesses with emphasis placed on how financing deals are structured, common financing pitfalls, and various legal documentation used to consumate financial transactions.
Prerequisites: FINA3000 and MGMT 3500
