LTHC2100 - Long-Term Care Mgmt

This course provides an overview of the management theories and concepts of health services management with specific application to long-term care facilities. In-depth discussions of the functions, activities and roles of the manager in a variety of long-term care settings: nursing homes, home health, rehabilitation, and other extended care facilities. The focus will be on the general administration, organization and management of nursing homes.
Prerequisite -- HSMG1010 (HM101)
