EDUC6780 - Corporate Training I Fall 2012 This course presents an overview of the corporate training field, including a basic introduction to adult learning theory, instructional design, training vs. learning issues, the role of the corporate trainer, and the use of technology to enhance learning. This course is the initial course in the Corporate Training Certificate program and the Corporate Training track in the Instructional Leadership M.S. program. As such, it provides necessary pre-requisite information for the other required courses. 3 Credits
