ENGR5620 - Numerical Control Systems Fall 2012 This course covers the fundamentals of numerical control systems including how to create a mathematical model of part geometry, how to program a CNC machine tool manually and with computer assistance, components of CNC machine tools and their functions and selecting the right applications for numerically controlled manufacturing systems. Prerequisite: ENGR5010 or ENGR5020 or ENGR5030 Co-requisite: ENGR5621 2 Credits
