INFS4260 - Data Warehousing
Spring 2013 This class explores the most current definitions of the term data warehouse, the evolution of the data warehouse, and the people and social processes needed to build a data warehouse. Emphasis is placed on studying various data warehousing architectures and the technical concerns involved: hardware and software issues, databases, normalization, denormalization, star schemas, data cubes, OLAP, ROLAP, and MOLAP.
