MBAD6073 - Organizational Behavior/Theory Spring 2013 This course offers an in-depth study of the distinctly human dimensions of management and management systems within organizations. The course begins at the micro-level of individuals and teams. This micro level is then integrated into organizational systems. Students are required to read, synthesize, and evaluate current literature in academic and practitioner journals. Through case analysis, the course also emphasizes application that relates real world problems to current thought in producing high performance teams in an increasingly diverse workplace. Prerequisite: MBAP5062 or equivalent 3 Credits
