MBAD6123 - Environmental Economics
Spring 2013 This course is a graduate level application of principles and models of environmental economics to the evolving field of sustainability and green business practices. Using lectures, discussions, projects, and guest presentations, focus is on the basic framework of economic theory as topics such as emission trading programs, green taxes, markets for green goods, the value of private information in policy plans, global environmental problems, and various aspects of global warming are explored.
