NURS3015 - Foundations Of Nursing Pract
Spring 2013

This course focuses on major concepts of nursing care, including therapeutic intervention and decision-making. Students learn to perform psychomotor skills with individual client needs as a priority. Classroom and laboratory activities along with simulated patient scenarios guide the student through the acquisition of basic nursing skills. Application of the nursing process and critical thinking is emphasized.
Prerequisites: BIOL1050, NURS2010, NURS2015, and NURS2020 Co-requisite: NURS0301
