THEA1250 - Chorus V

Spring 2014

The students in Chorus III will continue to participate in a singing ensemble and build on their skills in sight-reading, ensemble blending and harmony developed in Chorus IV. The chorus repertiore will consist of appropriate classical material as well as popular styles, reinforcing the students' ability to perform in a variety of settings. The repertoire encompasses a unique variety of primarily a cappella music and/or music by light instrumentation. The students' sensitivity to harmony, tone and ensemble will be demonstrated in culminating concerts on campus coupled with other performance opportunities such as community concerts where appropriate.
