ORGL6200 - Leadership and Ethics

Fall 2015

Ethics is the study of the choices people make regarding right and wrong. This course focuses on the ethical issues and dilemmas that leaders face in organizations. The course examines various ethical theories, and provides the opportunity for students to apply these theories to ethical dilemmas. The course examines how ethical dilemmas in organizations impact decision making, the relationship between leaders and followers, and the organization as a whole.
