Course Description

This course takes a foundational approach and examines channel management from a marketing perspective. The idea of primary and specialized channel members is discussed and used to illustrate channel flows. These channel flows include product, financial, and services. The multifaceted view of logistics management and the specific roles of specialized channel members are then incorporated into an integrated view of the symbiotic nature of marketing and logistics.
