Course Description

The Career Exploration and Decision-Making class is an academic course designed to teach students career decision-making skills by examining themselves, the world of work, and key decision-making strategies. The goal of this course is to provide students with assistance in making effective academic major decisions at Robert Morris University. Students will learn about the career decision-making process; identify how interests, skills, personality and values relate to career choices; and acquire information about educational and career options. The course is geared primarily toward first and second year students.
