This course focuses on the development of the nursing student as a manager, coordinator of care, and member of a profession. Theories of leadership and management, healthcare policy, and issues regarding global healthcare will be examined.

Prerequisites: NURS4015 and NURS4020 Co-Requisites: NURS4035 and NURS4031
