Course Description

This course focuses on the development of the nursing student as a manager, coordinator of care, and member of a profession. Theories of leadership and management, healthcare policy, and issues regarding global healthcare will be examined.

Prerequisites: NURS3050, NURS3055, NURS4015, NURS4020, NURS4025 Co-Requisite: NURS4031
