This advanced course in labor relations covers the issues of grievance resolution, arbitration and contract negotiation. Students will participate in mock grievance hearings, an arbitration proceeding and a contract negotiation simulation. Students will develop advanced written and oral communication skills required for resolving conflict while learning the legal concepts involved in labor management conflict resolution.
