Course Description

This course offers students opportunities for examining leadership as subject of academic study, understanding leadership as a process that takes place between leaders and followers, applying explanations, predictions, and theories about the leadership/followership process to real world situations; and considering that leadership is less about techniques and methods than it is about interdependencies to persuade others to realize a vision and accomplish goals.
