Course Description
This course offers the student the opportunity to explore the major areas of public relations in the sports industry. The student will examine the importance of preparing press releases, media guides and statistical reports, conducting public/community relations campaigns, as well as technical aspects in the production of print, broadcast material and social media. Software proficiency in word processing is required.
