Course Description

This course assists in developing quantitative decision making skills to better assess human resource measures. The course will focus on the process of enhancing the development and implementation of human resource strategies based on the analysis and interpretation of the data that exists in organizations. The course will stress the role of the human resource function as a key player in assisting the organization in meeting its mission and goals. Students will learn how to interpret the basic standards in the recruitment and selection process; conduct and assess employee surveys and exit interviews; and will be given the skills to interpret data as well as techniques to present such quantitative data in a convincing format to enhance the role of human resources in the success for the organization.
