New Incoming Freshman & Transfer Students
Welcome to Robert Morris University Housing!
As a New Incoming Freshman or Transfer student you are able to select your building preferences as well as request a specific roommate. Please complete the Housing Contract and $500 non-refundable deposit using the Submit button below. You will be able to navigate the portal and select a roommate only if the student has also completed their contract. Please use our Step by Step Guide for help. Once you start the contract all responses and preferences are final.
For priority housing please complete your contract by May 1, 2017. Please confirm your roommate by May 1, 2017 by 5:00 PM using the online roommate matching tool. Please be sure that your building preferences are the same to better your chances at a preferred housing assignment. Your selected roommate and space is not always a guarantee. Housing assignments will be e-mailed starting July 15, 2017. If your assignment changes at any time you will be notified by your RMU provided e-mail account.
Current & Returning Students
Welcome back to Robert Morris University Housing!
As a Current or Returning Student you are able to participate in our Room Selection Process. All Housing Contracts and $250 non-refundable deposits must be submitted by March 15, 2017 by 5:00 PM in order to participate. All living learning community locations offer a limited number of double rooms. Only student who complete the Living Learning Community Application will be eligible for LLC Housing Selection. Please complete the application with this link: LLC Application
The campus residency requirement is a University policy. As such, compliance is a condition of a student's enrollment to Robert Morris University. Students who are included in the Campus Residency Policy must do one of the following:
- Complete a University housing contract.
- Be accepted to live in a University approved residence.
- Complete and have approved by the Director of Residence Life, a Campus Residency Waiver Request Form.
Please note that submission of the Housing Contract and deposit does not guarantee a student a particular space on campus. All students must be registered for classes to receive a housing assignment.
