- Abstracts or Full paper submission: July 31, 2013
- Acceptance notification: Within one week of submission
- Completed papers must be submitted by July 31, 2013 in order to be published in the Conference Proceedings.

Please submit papers as an MS Word document. Please check the following link and follow this format.
The papers will be peer-reviewed and published on a CD-ROM with the ISBN designation.
Papers and abstracts must conform to the APA format guidelines.
Decisions will be returned by August 31, 2013.
