The Office of Public Relations and Marketing, located on the first floor of Lafayette Hall, exists for the primary purpose of monitoring and maintaining the image of Robert Morris University to external and internal audiences through media, advertising, public relations and publications programs. The Public Relations Office supports the marketing plans of the university and is responsible for developing and approving all external publications and advertising programs for the university.

All RMU stationery, including business cards, letterhead, pocket folders, notepads, notecards, and campus maps can now be ordered directly from the printer, Allegra, via their convenient online ordering system, AD3. Please download a copy of the AD3 RMU user's manual below and simply follow the instructions on how to place your order.
All new users will have to create a login as the first step. Instructions for creating a login are in the User Manual. Be sure to check your spam message for the registration confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE, order placers will need to enter their department code in the PO# field at check out.
