Professional Background

  • Dr. Semich has certification in English/Communications from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. He has 31 teaching experience and 18 years with the College Board. He has served as chief testing officer for Allegheny County and as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors for Moon Township. Presently, he serves as Director of the IML PhD program and is a professor of education in the School of Education and Social Sciences.

    applications.
