Robert Morris University is located on 230-acres in Moon Township, Pa., 20 minutes west of downtown Pittsburgh. The University also has two satellite locations, the Center for Adult and Continuing Education in downtown Pittsburgh, and the Regional Learning Alliance in Cranberry Township, Pa.

The campus is a 10-minute drive from Pittsburgh International Airport and is accessible by bus.

ping-pongOf the University’s 5,100 students, about 1,200 live on campus in one of 12 residence halls. Many undergraduate and graduate students choose to live nearby and commute to classes.

RMU's campus is safe and patrolled by the Office of Public Safety, which employs 11 sworn police officers with full arrest powers and training.

Campus activities include:

  • 23 men's and women's intercollegiate sports teams
  • Several club sports and an extensive intramural sports program
  • More than 50 clubs and organizations

RMU students enjoy many campus resources including:

  • 300 general-use desktop computers that provide access to e-mail, the Internet, laser printers and user support
  • RMU’s Island Sports Center
  • Recently renovated fitness center and bookstore
