Ceremony Preparation
Sewall Center, Level 3
Please note: Guests may not accompany graduates to the assembly area.
Master's Degree Candidates
Report directly to the Pennsylvania Suite, Level 3, Sewall Center, for distribution of name cards, caps and gowns.
Doctoral Degree Candidates
Report directly to Executive Dining Room A and B, Level 3, Sewall Center, by 8 a.m. There will be a brief explanation of the procedures for the ceremony.
Faculty & Staff in Processional
Report to the robing area on the second floor of Sewall Center, adjacent to the locker rooms.

Guest Seating
(For special needs reserved seating, see special needs and the online request form.)
Sewall Center Arena doors open for general seating. Tickets are not required for guests, unless seating is requested in the special needs reserved seating area. Due to space limitations, strollers are not permitted in the arena. Families with young children who may become restless can watch the ceremony live via closed-circuit TV in the children's play area on the third floor.

Commencement Ceremony
Sewall Center Arena Ceremony begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.
The graduate ceremony is expected to end around 11 a.m. To avoid incoming traffic for the 2 p.m. undergraduate ceremony, you may wish to depart campus in a timely manner.
