RMU's School of Adult and Continuing Education offers programs for non-traditional students in the Pittsburgh area. These programs have been designed specifically for individuals who have been out of high school for more than five years, and for parents, veterans and others seeking classes in a night, weekend or online format.

In designing our degree programs, we sought input from both employers and non-traditional students. Both agreed that the most important skills necessary to be successful in today's corporate environment are communications, technology, interpersonal relations, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution and leadership. We took that information, combined it with our reputation as the leading provider of education to non-traditional students in the region and created these innovative degrees to provide you with a solid foundation for success in today's job market.
