Channing comes from a small town, but he's anything but shy at RMU. The future TV weatherman already has his own weather forecast in the student newspaper, and he also showed off strong pipes as the male lead in Elton John’s modern take on “Aida” and made a music video, “Never Alone,” that premiered at the Johnstown Film Festival.
The campus is small, it’s really personalized – the kind of education that I wanted to get.
Speaking of film festivals, Channing's been to a couple of those. This summer, as part of the international honors program, he joined a group of RMU students making a study tour to Helsinki, Finland, to be part of a film festival there. We'd say Channing's forecast is sunny and clear, with a 100% chance of success.
