John was substitute teaching at Char Valley and South Park during his senior year, and he realized immediately how well Robert Morris University had prepared him for a career in teaching. One of the things he liked best about RMU was its small class sizes, which allowed him to build personal relationships with his professors, many of which have experience working as teachers in high school and middle school. “It was great to learn from people who’ve taught in the real world,” he says. “It really helped prepare me for the teacher I am today.”
