The Forbes Funds will sponsor up to 10 agencies to work with the Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management to:

• Assess their board via the BoardsWork! (BW!) assessment tool and an assessment meeting with the BW! Program Director
• Participate in a customized board retreat
• Participate in a series of roundtable discussions with other cohort members to address board governance topics selected by the group
• Attend a final meeting of all board chairs and executive directors to synthesize the group’s learning
• Become part of the BW! matching pool to be matched with trained board members from local businesses and corporations as needed.
