After a brief respite in January, Bagels & Bytes meetings will kick back into gear starting this month!
For the uninitiated, Bagels & Bytes is a fun and informative monthly fellowship of nonprofit techies. Whether you are a nonprofit techie by title/job description or simply the technology “go to” person at your nonprofit by default, you are welcome to join us as we brainstorm, share ideas and solutions, and support each other!
This year, we have three groups from which to choose:
- Allegheny County – first Wednesdays of each month (except January and July), from 8:30 am to 10 am, location varies quarterly. The cost for the meeting is $10 per person to cover breakfast and materials, payable prior to or at the meeting. RSVPs are required – 412-397-6000 or bcnm@rmu.edu. - Westmoreland County – second Tuesdays of each month, year-round, from 8 am to 9:30 am. The usual location is Eat ‘N Park on Route 30 East, Greensburg. (Note that a special meeting/presentation on social media will be held for the March 9 meeting at the YWCA of Westmoreland County on Main Street, Greensburg.) Each person pays for his or her own meal in lieu of a meeting fee. - West (in Allegheny County) – second Thursdays of each month (except January and July), from 8:30 am to 10 am, at Eat ‘N Park on University Blvd., Moon Township.
