Eligibility
This benefit is available to full-time and regular part-time staff employees and full-time faculty. Eligible employees are enrolled on the first day of employment.
EAP Overview
The Robert Morris University Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers confidential, professional counseling services designed to help address personal concerns and life issues such as depression, marital and family conflicts, job pressures, stress and anxiety, alcohol and drug abuse, grief and loss, financial concerns, and legal concerns. The Employee Assistance Program is provided to employees at no cost and is administered by ComPsych.
Counseling services are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Additionally, six face-to-face sessions are available to employees and household members on an annual basis.
Termination
This benefit is available to you for up to six months from date of termination.
