At Robert Morris, there are times in which IT services may need to be requested. Please complete the appropriate form in which you need and follow the directions stated on the last page.
Hardware Requests:
If you need to request a computer, printer, or other hardware for a faculty member or for academic use, please complete the Computer Equipment Request Form. Hardware request for staff should be directed toward the director of the IT Help Desk, Connie Serapiglia.
Software Requests:
If you need to request academic software, please complete the Academic Software Request Form.
Service Request:
To request information technology services that relate to academics, please complete the Request for Information Technology Services Form.
Service Request (non-academic):
To request information technology services that do not relate to academics, please complete the Request for Information Technology Services Non-Academic Form.
Web Site Request:
If you need changes made to web pages or other web modifications, please complete the Request Web Services Form.
Authorization Web Request:
If you need to change security or authorization rights to web pages, please complete the Web Authorization Form.
