Troubleshooting 

 Problem  Solution
 LCD Projector won't power
 ON or won't switch video
 mode properly
 Occasionally, the LCD projector will "lock up" and not operate properly.
 To fix the problem press the OFF button located on the projector control
 box, wait for about 10 seconds. Then press the ON button again.
 No sound
  • If you can't hear PC sound, make sure the computer volume is turned up (double-click the speaker icon in the system tray on the right side of the taskbar).
  • Make sure the volume is turned up on the EZTrol or Extron control box.
  • The audio cable is not plugged into the laptop PC.
 Laptop image won't project
 on the screen
  • Make sure the Mode switch is set to the laptop position.
  • Some laptop PCs require that you toggle the laptop setting to show the laptop screen on an "external" device. See the laptop's documentation for assistance.
 Picture won't display from
 the document camera
  • Make sure the document camera is turned on.
  • Check to see if the LCD projector is turned on.
  • The mode setting on the projector is not set to display from the document camera
