Employer Information

Recruiting Services
The Career Center offers a wide variety of resources and services to help employers find qualified applicants for part-time, internship and full-time positions, and we will work with you to meet your hiring needs. While working with employers and students, the Career Center follows the Principles for Professional Conduct established by the National Association of Colleges and Employers.

Posting Positions
The Career Center offers employers three options to post positions:

  1. Manage Recruiting Events
    Employer Access to ColonialTRAK
Employers have the ability to post their own positions on ColonialTRAK, the Career Center’s online system, through password access. Once the Career Center has approved your employer profile, you will have the opportunity to post jobs online or request on-campus interview dates. When posting positions, you will receive email confirmation once your position has been approved and is viewable to students and alumni. For on-campus recruiting, this access allows you to monitor candidates' responses to your position(s) and review resumes prior to the resume submission deadline for students.

  2. Post Directly through the Career Center
If you prefer to have the Career Center post your positions, please contact our office. We will be happy to work with you using the option that best suits your needs.

Career Expo
The annual Career Expo hosts approximately 150 employers each year to meet with students and alumni regarding part-time, internship and full-time opportunities. If interested in attending, please register online through ColonialTRAK.
