• To provide the region with additional skilled and talented consultants of diverse experiences, capabilities and connections
• To intentionally promote the use of a more diverse consulting pool by regional nonprofit organizations
• To create a consulting network to support the work of PACE and the Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management at Robert Morris University
• To provide excellence in consulting to all nonprofit clients
