Sometimes, all an organization needs or is ready for is an overview of its technology usage. A technology assessment might be the right option if you find yourself unsure of a long planning engagement. Bayer Center staff will conduct a brief inventory via survey form and interview key technology management staff about processes, needs and organizational attitude. Then we will return a brief document outlining some general technology issues and priorities for your organization and provide benchmark statistics comparing your organization's technology usage with other nonprofits of similar size and service orientation.
