RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication." It's a format for distributing and gathering content from websites including newspapers, magazines, blogs and institutions like RMU that regularly update their online content.
RSS feeds allow you to be notified when content has been updated without having to constantly check the website. To use RSS feeds, you need a news reader, which are easy to use and available for free from Google and Yahoo, among others.
The following RSS feeds are available through the RMU News and Events page:
| News: |
 |
Press releases and web stories, such as those found on the home page |
| Events: |
 |
Campus events that are posted online through rmu.edu |
| Athletics: |
 |
RMU Colonial news and events posted on www.rmucolonials.com |
Additional RSS feeds will be available in the near future.
