Room Reservations: Individual wishing to telephone the reservation should call Global Reservations Centre at 1-800-441-1414 and request the “Middle Atlantic Association of Colleges of Business Administration” – Code # 8669404073

Room Rate: $199.00 per night for a single or double occupancy and are subject to a 14% tax. The room rate applies for three days pre and post conference. Room check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is Noon.

Internet Access: Complimentary internet service is available if you sign up for the Fairmont Presidents Club free loyalty program.

Additional Room Occupants: Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an addition $30.00 per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parent’s room. Maximum occupancy per room is 4 persons.

Delivery/Porterage Fee: A $3.00 fee per item will be charged per round trip delivery to a guest room.

Reservations Due Date: Guest Room reservations are due by September 14, 2012 for the conference rate. After the reservation date rooms will be return to inventory and will be on available.
