In accordance with local laws, it is Robert Morris University policy that no smoking is permitted at any time inside University buildings, residence halls, offices, University vehicles or any other interior space.  Smoking is not permitted within 15 feet of any entrance door, open window or air intake.  Individuals desiring to smoke may do so in the designated areas where ash receptacles are located. Violators of this policy are subject to appropriate disciplinary action.
