This course will enable students to understand how change is decided upon, planned, managed, led, and evaluated and understand the meaning of: "If you truly want to understand something, try to change it." - Kurt Lewin. Students will apply theories about change to an organizational change scenario to gain a better understanding of how leaders accomplish change.
